Press the tofu for 1 hour per our usual, flipping and replacing the sodden paper towels at the 30 minute mark. Slice the tofu into medium cubes.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Sautee the frozen veg for 2 minutes or until they are mostly thawed, then add the tofu and sautee for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients (PB, hot water, vinegar, soy sauce, molasses, and cayenne pepper). Pour over vegetables and tofu. Simmer for 3-5 minutes. Consider serving with peanuts atop. Likely best with rice.
